- Turning your shaft down below the recommendations voids the warranty
Care and Maintenance:
- The cue should be stored in normal room temperatures (65 degrees to 75 degrees). Extreme changes in temperature or humidity will cause thermal expansion, which can cause warping and/or damage to the cue. If the cue is being stored in a rack, be sure the cue is perfectly straight to avoid warpage. When installing a wall mounted rack be sure the rack is on an interior wall. For travel or extended storage, use a cue case that allows the cue (if two-piece) to be broken down and stored vertically, leaving the case slightly open for air flow.
Return, Refund, Cancellation Policy:
- You can return most items for a refund or credit within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping costs do apply to the customer as the customer is responsible for the return shipment and the item must be in its original condition and packaging to be accepted for a return to be accepted
- All cancelations that occur prior to a tracking number being assigned to the order and emailed to the customer are free. For cancelations that occur after an email has been sent to the customer with tracking information, a late cancelation fee of 20% of the purchase price will apply.
