• The purchase of this product includes free shipping! Delivery consists of residential lift gate threshold delivery, which is most often delivering to the ground level porch or garage. The product will be in its original packaging and there is no assembly provided with this service level. It is not the driver's responsibility to bring the product into the house, garage, etc. Additionally, drivers do not assist with un-packaging or set-up of the product. It is the customer's sole responsibility to inspect the packaging and product prior the driver departing the delivery. If the packaging or merchandise appears damaged in any capacity, please take clear images of the damage, note the damage on the delivery paperwork from the driver, and refuse the shipment. Taking these important steps will significantly help in expediting the return or replacement process in the event there are any issues during the delivery process.

• The Cabinet of this Foosball Table is pre-assembled and does not require any assembly. Assembly is otherwise required for the legs, rods, and players

• Imperial warrants this product to be free of manufacturer defects in material and workmanship for as long as 1 year from the original delivery of the product. 

• We recommend dusting this product with a soft, dry cloth periodically 
• To protect the finish of your product, do not apply abrasives or household cleaners.

• You can return most products for a refund or credit within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping costs do apply to the customer as the customer is responsible for the return shipment and the item must be in its original condition and packaging to be accepted for a return to be accepted
• All cancelations that occur prior to a tracking number being assigned to the order and emailed to the customer are free. For cancelations that occur after an email has been sent to the customer with tracking information, a late cancelation fee of 20% of the purchase price will apply.

·        Proper grip and control are key to improving your game—experienced players often use an open-handed grip for powerful shots like the snake or pin shot.

·        Dead spots are areas on the table where the ball comes to rest and cannot be reached by any of the foosmen. These are an unavoidable part of the game's physics and table design.

·        Dead spots occur because the player rods must be spaced apart to avoid collisions—moving them closer would allow the foosmen's feet to contact one another, interfering with gameplay and potentially damaging one or both figures.

·        To continue play from a dead spot, most rules require the ball to be re-served or manually moved to the nearest reachable position, depending on the house or tournament rules
