Creating a trickshot or drill video or reel? The Imperial Pinnacle Ball Set is optimized for video streaming. The set contains regulation size 2 1/4" diameter 6 oz. balls with high-definition color and white on black inlaid ball numbering. They are made of cast resin to exacting specifications. Warranty:
- Imperial Balls are warranted to be free from material and manufacturing defects for the lifetime of the Ball.
- This warranty applies to Imperial Balls purchased from an authorized Imperial Retailer or directly from the Imperial website; it does not account for secondary purchase and it is not transferable
- All of the Imperial Balls covered by this warranty will be repaired or replaced (with the same model or one of equal value, at our discretion) without charge.
Care and Maintenance:
- After each game, we recommend wiping the billiard balls off quickly with a microfiber towel to keep the clean.
- We recommend storing the billiard balls on a rack or in a case. This will keep the dust off for a more pure roll when you play
Return, Refund, Cancellation Policy:
- You can return most items for a refund or credit within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping costs do apply to the customer as the customer is responsible for the return shipment and the item must be in its original condition and packaging to be accepted for a return to be accepted
- All cancelations that occur prior to a tracking number being assigned to the order and emailed to the customer are free. For cancelations that occur after an email has been sent to the customer with tracking information, a late cancelation fee of 20% of the purchase price will apply.
- All cancelations must be submitted to Imperial in writing via our "Contact Us" section or an email to info@imperialusa.com
