IMPERIAL WARRANTY

POOL TABLE LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY

Imperial warrants our wood line of furniture-style pool tables against defects in material or workmanship for the lifetime of the original purchaser by agreeing to repair any and all parts proven to be defective and subject to such warranty. The pool table must have been purchased from a dealer that is currently or was an Authorized Imperial International Dealer at the time of purchase.

All claims under this Limited Lifetime Warranty must be made through an Authorized Imperial International Dealer. Proof of purchase from an Authorized Imperial International Dealer may be required to validate a claim against the Limited Lifetime Warranty if the claim is made through a dealer other than the Authorized Imperial International dealer that originally sold the pool table.

This Limited Lifetime Warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the table and is non-transferable. This Limited Lifetime Warranty is void if an authorized Imperial International dealer or agent does not install the pool table.

This Limited Lifetime Warranty does not imply the replacement of the entire pool table, but it does cover the replacement of such part or parts of the pool table that may prove to be defective. Any and all parts submitted for warranty replacement must be shipped to Imperial International prepaid for inspection. If, after examination and at the sole discretion of Imperial International, the part or parts are determined to be defective, they will be repaired or replace and returned prepaid.

Replacement of any such defective part or parts shall constitute the complete fulfillment of any and all obligation with respect to such product. This warranty is in lieu of any other warranty that may be expressed or implied in any way. Imperial international neither assumes, nor authorizes any person or dealer to assume, imply, and/or extend on behalf of Imperial International any other obligation or liability other than expressed herein.

This Limited Lifetime Warranty excludes damage caused by accident, misuse, alteration, abuse, flood, fire, earthquake, or any other natural disaster. Acts of war, terrorism, or any other form of violence are also excluded from this warranty.

INDOOR POOL TABLE WARRANTY

Imperial indoor furniture pool tables are covered under warranty replacement for a period of two (2) years from the date of discontinuation. If a claim for a discontinued style is determined to be valid, Imperial provide replacement components for any defectives. In the case where replacement components are no longer available, Imperial will provide credit or will replace the table with a current style of comparable value to the original table’s purchase price.

OUTDOOR POOL TABLE WARRANTY

Imperial outdoor pool tables are covered under warranty replacement for a period of six (6) months from the date of discontinuation. If a claim for a discontinued style is determined to be valid, Imperial will provide replacement components for any defectives. In the case where replacement components are no longer available, Imperial will provide credit or will replace the table with a current style of comparable value to the original table’s purchase price. Claims for discontinued outdoor pool tables must be within the specified warranty period of two (2) years from the date of purchase.

RASSON PROFESSIONAL POOL TABLE LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY

Imperial warrants Rasson Professional pool tables against defects in material or workmanship for the lifetime of the original purchaser by agreeing to repair any and all parts proven to be defective and subject to such warranty. The pool table must have been purchased from a dealer that is currently or was an Authorized Imperial International Dealer at the time of purchase.

ACCESSORIES WARRANTY

All Imperial accessory products are unconditionally guaranteed to be free of manufacturing defects. If any item is received defective, we will replace it at no charge if returned to us unused within fifteen (15) days of delivery.

Cuetec Warranty

LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY

To activate the Cuetec warranty, register the cue on our website within 60 days of purchase. Our limited lifetime warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the cue and is not transferable. The cue must be purchased through an authorized Cuetec dealer. Please do not make warranty claims directly to Cuetec or Imperial International, the agent for Cuetec in the United States. Warranty claims start with the dealer where the cue was purchased. In the unlikely event you discover a flaw in your cue, do not attempt to repair it. The dealer will contact Cuetec or Imperial International for a resolution.

Imperial International reserves the right to repair or replace the cue at their discretion. Cuetec Cues are warranted to be free from material and manufacturing defects. The warranty covers all manufacturer and material defects including warpage. True Cuetec Cue straightness is determined by sighting the cue as opposed to rolling it on a pool table. Our warranty does not cover normal wear and tear items like, but not limited to, tips, ferrules, rubber bumpers, finish, and wraps or grips. The warranty does not cover misuse, abuse, or mishandling of the cue. It is void if the cue is modified or if improper maintenance is performed.

In the case of discontinued Cuetec products, exact replacements for those items may not be available. If a claim for a discontinued style is determined to be valid, Imperial will provide credit or a replacement cue of comparable value to the original cue’s purchase price.

SELL THROUGH GUARANTEE

If you cannot resell a Cuetec cue that you own, please feel free to return it and get credit for the amount you paid for it. However, only un-chalked, unused, non-shelf worn and current modes may be returned under this guarantee. In other words, the cue will be subject to inspection. If it can be resold, we will take it back and issue a credit or replace it with another cue of equal value.

Garlando Game Tables Limited Warranty

Garlando home game tables have a 3-year manufacturer’s warranty to protect against defects in workmanship. Regular wear and tear, vandalism and user negligence damages are not covered under this warranty. Each warranty claim must be examined before coverage is granted.

All claims under this Limited Warranty must be made through an Authorized Imperial International Dealer. Proof of purchase from an Authorized Imperial International Dealer may be required to validate a claim against the Limited Warranty if the claim is made through a dealer other than the Authorized Imperial International dealer that originally sold the game table. This Limited Warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the table and is non-transferable.

This Limited Warranty does not imply the replacement of the entire game table, but it does cover the replacement of such part or parts of the game table that may prove to be defective. *Effective 11/30/22 Garlando products are discontinued from the Imperial assortment. Warranty claims will be supported through 02/14/23, after which time claims should be submitted to Garlando directly.

Outdoor Warranty

Imperial warrants our outdoor-style pool tables against defects in material or workmanship for a period of two years following completion of purchase by agreeing to repair all parts proven to be defective and subject to such warranty. This warranty excludes coverage of cloth and rubber components. The pool table must have been purchased from a dealer that is currently or was an Authorized Imperial Dealer at the time of purchase.

All claims under this Limited Warranty must be made through an Authorized Imperial International Dealer. Proof of purchase from an Authorized Imperial Dealer may be required to validate a claim against the Limited Warranty if the claim is made through a dealer other than the Authorized Imperial dealer that originally sold the pool table.

This Limited Warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the table and is non-transferable. This Limited Warranty is void if an authorized Imperial dealer or agent does not install the pool table.

*Effective 12/05/22 the Esterno Outdoor Pool Table and accessories are discontinued from the Imperial assortment. Warranty claims will be supported through 06/05/23.

Officially Licensed Product Warranty

LIMITED ONE YEAR MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY

Imperial International warrants to Customer for a period of one (1) year from the date Product is manufactured, or the date Product leaves Manufacturer’s control, whichever is later, that such Product shall, under normal wear and tear, use and operation, be free of substantial defects in materials and workmanship. Manufacturer’s obligation pursuant to this Warranty is limited to, at Manufacturer’s option, replacing or sending replacement parts for repair on-site, at Manufacturer’s discretion, any Product or part thereof that is found by Manufacturer not to conform to this Limited Warranty. Manufacturer shall have a reasonable period of time to make such replacements. This Warranty is effective only if Customer gives prompt written notice to Manufacturer of any alleged defects in the materials or workmanship of the Product, which notice shall specifically describe the complained-of problem and shall state the date of sale and the location of the purchase of such complained-of Product.
